Remodeling across Dallas–Fort Worth

Based in Dallas, working in the cities below and the neighborhoods around them. Each page covers the kind of homes we find there and what that means for a remodel.

Dallas County

Dallas

Dallas has almost every kind of house, from prewar cottages to new infill builds. We plan bathrooms, kitchens, floors and paint around the house you actually own, not a generic template.

Collin County

Plano

Much of Plano was built between the 1970s and 1990s, and many of those houses still have their original baths and kitchens. They are solid homes ready for their first or second update.

Collin and Denton counties

Frisco

Most Frisco homes are young, but many still carry the finishes the builder picked. Our work here is often about replacing standard-issue choices with ones that suit how you live.

Collin County

McKinney

McKinney has two very different housing stocks: older homes around the historic downtown and large newer subdivisions across the rest of the city. Each calls for a different remodeling approach.

Collin County

Allen

Allen's homes are mostly suburban family houses from the past few decades. Many are ready for a second round of updates, starting with the rooms that take the most daily wear.

Dallas and Collin counties

Richardson

Richardson mixes mid-century modern neighborhoods with large areas of 1970s through 1990s brick homes. Good remodeling here respects the original design while fixing what time has worn out.

Dallas County

Highland Park

Highland Park homes range from carefully kept older houses to large new builds on the lots of older ones. Remodeling here means high finish standards and close attention to town rules.

Dallas County

University Park

University Park sits next to SMU and Highland Park, with tree-lined blocks of older homes and many newer rebuilds. Small lots and strict city rules shape every project here.

Dallas, Denton and Collin counties

Carrollton

Carrollton spans three counties and several decades of housing, from 1970s ranch homes to newer subdivisions and townhomes. Most projects here update solid homes that need fresh finishes.

Dallas County

Addison

Addison is a compact town with many townhomes, condos and smaller single-family neighborhoods. Remodeling here is about using limited space well and planning around neighbors and shared rules.

Denton County

The Colony

The Colony began as one planned community on the shore of Lewisville Lake, so many of its houses share the same age, the same layouts and the same list of things worth updating.

Rockwall County

Rockwall

Rockwall sits on Lake Ray Hubbard east of Dallas and has grown quickly, so it has everything from homes near the old courthouse square to brand-new subdivisions.

Collin County

Lucas

Lucas has a rural feel, with large lots and many custom-built homes. Remodeling projects here tend to be larger in scale, with more room to work and more choices to make.
