What we do
Four trades. One team.
Custom closets & built-ins. Walk-in systems, shoe walls, drawer banks and fireplace built-ins.
ClosetsBehind the tile
The part of a shower you never see decides how long it lasts.
Grout and tile are not waterproof. What keeps water out of your walls is the layer underneath: cement board, a waterproofing membrane over every seam, corner, niche and curb, and a floor sloped to the drain. We build every shower that way, and photograph it before the tile goes on.

A marble-look walk-in shower, from studs to finish
A jetted tub and subway-tile shower replaced with one large walk-in shower, frameless glass and a new double vanity. The walls came back to the studs, the plumbing moved to a new valve wall, and the new shower was waterproofed, tiled and glassed in.
- Jetted tub and small shower replaced by one walk-in shower
- Large-format marble-look porcelain, matched veining
- Frameless glass measured after tile

Homeowners say it better than we can.
Legacy Home Solutions did a fantastic job on our pre move in remodel. They replaced all the flooring, replaced all the baseboards, remodeled the master shower, and painted the whole place. And the had to delay their start day by 2 days due to our closing being delayed. Sebastian was on site daily. He is always thinking ahead to make sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely use them again.
We had a very good experience working with Sebastian and his crew. Our kitchen remodel project went very smooth and finished in a timely manner. We updated our kitchen floor tiles, installed Quartz countertops and backsplash and under cabinet lights. We highly recommend and will definitely use Legacy Home Solutions for any future projects.
Sebastian and his team did a great job making repairs to our home after having a leak. He was very transparent about timing, pricing, and always making great suggestions. They replaced all of the flooring in our bedroom and bathroom, built a brand new vanity, and made a few upgrades to the bar area! Will definitely be using them again in the future!
Could not have asked for a better experience. We had multiple projects being done to improve our home and Legacy came through big time. Professional, top notch results for a fair price. Best crew I’ve been around, very trustworthy. Thank you all for making a difficult process easy for my family.
This was a 10/10 experience. From start to finish Sebastian went above beyond to get all the home repairs done from the roof to sprinklers all the way to interior damage. I worked directly with him and he handled all the rest . Highly recommend if you need anything done around the house !
Sebastian and his crew were great to work with! All my inquiries were answered promptly. The work done was neat and precise and looked really good. So happy with the work that we are consulting to have other work done.

Service areas
Based in Dallas, working across the metroplex.
Older Park Cities homes, 1980s and 1990s houses in Plano and Richardson, newer builds in Frisco and McKinney: each comes with its own list of things to check before the first wall opens.
What does a free estimate include?
We visit the house, measure the room, talk through what you want to change and the options at different levels of finish, then send a written, itemized estimate. There is no cost and no obligation to go ahead.
Which areas do you work in?
We are based in Dallas and work across Dallas–Fort Worth, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Highland Park, University Park, Carrollton, Addison, The Colony, Rockwall and Lucas. If your city is not listed, ask; we travel for the right project.
Can you handle more than one room or trade at once?
Yes. Many projects combine trades, for example a bathroom with new flooring through the hall, or paint and floors before a move-in. One team plans the order of work so each trade is not waiting on another.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels run one to three weeks on site, depending on the size of the room and the scope. Custom tile, moving plumbing or changing the layout take longer. You get a schedule with the estimate.
Do I need to move out during the work?
Usually not. We seal off the work area, protect floors and the path through the house, and clean up at the end of every day. A kitchen remodel is the one project where it helps to plan a temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house.
